Douglas Dale was born in Springfield, MA in 1993. They received their BA from Grinnell College in 2015, with honors and time at Sorbonne Université in Paris, France. Their work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group shows, including Commonfolk Gallery, North Adams, MA; Faulkner Gallery, Grinnell, IA; YoHo Artists Mill, Yonkers, NY; The Factory, Long Island City, NY; ARTSW Gallery, White Plains, NY; North Dakota Museum of Art, Grand Forks, MT, and the World Trade Center in Manhattan. Dale identifies as non-binary and currently lives and works in Brooklyn, New York.
